Abstract

Through the description of our sociological curatorship of the exhibition “Deaf. Politics of Listening”, the article shows the possibilities offered by the exhibition understood as curating sociology (Puwar and Sharma, 2012) that produces assembled knowledge (Latour, 2005). Framed in the discussion on the role of knowledge in postmodernity, we argue that the exhibition is a legitimate tool for conducting research and for producing more sensitive assembled knowledge in the social sciences.
