CHECKLIST FOR SUBMISSIONS

Submission Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements before being sent for editorial evaluation.

Please also review the author guidelines and the anonymity requirements for peer-reviewed manuscripts.

Check each item once verified:

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in the Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in .docx (Microsoft Word) format.
  • Where available, URL or DOI links have been provided for the references.
  • The text is formatted in Times New Roman 12 pt, with 1.5 line spacing, and complies with the general formatting guidelines requested by the journal.
  • Tables and figures comply with the maximum limits (up to 2 editable tables in Word format and 2 high-resolution figures at 300 dpi), with a maximum of one page each, and are placed at the end of the manuscript after the references.
  • The manuscript adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the author guidelines.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section, the instructions for ensuring a blind review have been followed.
  • Required declarations (conflict of interest, external funding, originality/non-duplicate submission, and, if applicable, thesis derivation) are included.
Note: A complete submission aligned with these guidelines reduces administrative queries and expedites the editorial review process.
