DISSIDENT SEXUAL-AFFECTIVE BONDS FROM THE BOOK “BISEXUALIDADES FEMINISTAS”

Bi-affective sexual orientation implies ambiguity and breaking through pre-existing categories, issues that are not proper to law in its pretension to certainties. The application of its institutions to this subjectivities brought as a result the relegation and social and legal invisibilization decanting in discriminations, issue that makes it relevant to investigate the characteristics of bi bonding in society and possible paradigm changes from the way we perceive and configure ourselves.
A critical analysis is made of those desta(bi)lized institutions present in the Law and social regulated, about the structure and reflection of two stories of the book Bisexualidades feministas: “La cuestión numérica” and “Explicar con palabras de este mundo”.
